We are proud to have achieved ECORESPONSIBLE Level I - COMMITMENT certification. This accomplishment highlights our dedication to supporting sustainable development and protecting the environment. Level I certification recognizes that we have effectively put actions and follow-up measures in place. Anti-waste
We give broccoli stalks a second life!
At Bercy Foods, minimizing food waste is central to our environmentally friendly practices. We incorporate broccoli stalks into our ready-to-eat salads, offering a delicious way to reduce food waste!
For every 454-gram salad container:
- 227 grams of broccoli recycled
- 79 litres of water saved
- 249 grams of CO2e GHG avoided
