of freshness
We are Bercy Foods, a Quebec-based company affiliated with Groupe Courchesne Larose, specializing in processing and packaging fresh fruits and vegetables. Founded in the early 2000s to meet the increasing demand for processing and packaging solutions, our company has rapidly expanded and now boasts thousands of square metres of warehouse space. Our mission is to do everything we can to deliver top-quality, freshly prepared and carefully packaged fruit and vegetables to our customers.

We offer a convenient selection of ready-to-eat fruits and vegetables, which can be custom-packed according to the quantities and varieties that our customers, primarily large grocery chains, prefer. Our goal is to provide our customers with fresh and delicious produce while meeting the growing demand for ready-to-eat processed and packaged products. This initiative aims to minimize handling to help keep our produce fresh for as long as possible.
